This section provides links to resources to help you create standalone and companion applications for Samsung Gear S and S2 wearable devices based on the Tizen OS Web API or native API (Gear web apps and Gear native apps).  There are links to download and install SDKs, and to provide reference resources, tools, and step-by-step instructions for developing applications.

To capture, review, and download the current Gear S2 or S3 screen display as an image file:

1.  To capture the current screen, press and hold the Power (lower) button and swipe left-to-right.
     The display slides the captured screen upwards.

2.  To review screen capture images:

a.  Navigate to the Gallery.

b.  Review the captured images.

3.  To download a screen capture image:

a.  In the Gallery, tap the captured image.

b.  If More Options is not displayed, press and hold the screen.

c.  Tap More Options

d.  Select and tap Send to phone

e.  In the phone's Gallery, you can copy and use the captured image file.
