After you join the Samsung Developer Program, you can take advantage of our ticketing system to engage with our Services and Support team. Based on the Developer Program tier you selected, different service and support options are available.
To submit and review SDP services or support request tickets:
- In a browser, log in using your Developer Program username and password at www.samsungdevelopers.com
- In the SDP home webpage, click DEV PROGRAM
- In the Developer Program webpage, click Support
- You can create new tickets and view your existing requests on this page. To view your ticket details, simply click on the ticket. To create a new ticket, click the Create Ticket button.
