My app was rejected: "Couldn't complete purchase" message

Issue

The "Couldn't complete purchase" popup appears when trying to purchase an app. This issue generally occurs when a free trial has expired or if a user changes the date and then tries to purchase an app. See the following video for an example: http://165.213.146.53:8900/WINDSERVER/GetAttachFile.aspx?attachName=b0eb8776-4148-4e5a-859d-2017a2d715dc&domain=Samsung%20apps2.

The following shows the error detail:

Resolution

Users should not change the date after the trial period.
