Reviewing and Responding to Buyer Comments

To review and respond to buyer comments:

Note:

Step 1 (login) must be completed before any other step is started or continued.
Steps 2 through 4 can be started, saved, continued, or completed in ANY order.
After some actions, an information popup that requires clicking a button (such as OK) is displayed.
Info popup steps are NOT indicated in this procedure.

  1. Log in to your Samsung Seller Office account:
    1. In your browser, navigate to the Samsung Seller Office website.
    2. If necessary, log in to your Seller Office account with your Samsung account email ID and password.

    Note: You are automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

  2. Click Applications > Buyer Comments.

  3.  To search for buyer comments:
    Note:  To display ALL buyer comments, do not perform this step.
    1. Specify the search criteria:
    2. Country 

      Display comments either not restricted by deliverable country OR restricted by the one specified country:

      All                             Comments regardless of deliverable country.

      [Country name]    Comments from users in the specified country.

      Device 

      Display comments either not restricted by deliverable device OR restricted to the one specified device:

      All                        Comments regardless of deliverable devices.

      [Device name]  Restrict search to the specified deliverable device.

      Star Rating 

      Display comments either not restricted by user star ratings OR restricted to the 1 specified rating:

      All                             Comments regardless of user star rating.

      [Rating number]  Restrict search to the specified star rating.

      Date

      Display comments either not restricted by any date OR after the specified start date OR before the specified end date OR between the specified start and end dates:


      [Start date]   (Left field)  Comments on and after midnight of the specified date (MMM dd, yyyy 00:00:00 AM/PM local time).

      [End date]    (Right field) Comments on and before midnight of the specified date (MMM dd, yyyy 24:00:00 AM/PM local time).

      To enter a start or end date, click the field's [Calendar icon].

      Content ID

      Display comments either not restricted by service app content ID OR restricted to comments about one or more service apps by specifying
      either all or a contiguous part of a service app content ID.

      The search is not case-sensitive.

      Application Title 

      Display comments either not restricted by service app OR restricted to comments about one or more service apps by specifying either all or a contiguous part of a service app name.

      The search is not case-sensitive.

    3. Click Search.
  4. Review and reply to a buyer's comments:
    1. To display the total number of comments that meet the specified search criteria (whether or not they are currently displayed, click Total Count.
    2. To create a Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet of returned buyer comments, click Excel.
    3. Review the buyer comment information:
    4. No

      Index number of the comment assigned by Seller Office.

      Application Title 

      Icon, name, and content ID of the comment's service app.

      Comment

       Comment ID, date, and text.

      To respond to a buyer's comments:

      1. Click [Comment's Add Reply].

      2. Enter the text of your reply (0 to 1400 bytes).

      3. Click Send.

      Star Rating

      Buyer's star rating of the service app.

      Country 

      Buyer's country.

      Device 

      Buyer's device.

      Version

      Version of the buyer's service app.
