Reviewing and Managing AAT Test Requests and Test Results

After you submit an AAT ticket, you will be notified of its processing, and you can review and manage the ticket, AAT test results, and communicate with SDP engineers:

  • After your submitted ticket has been registered, you will receive an email from
    Samsung Developer Program (Samsung) < support@samsungdevelopers.com >
    • In the email, note / record the ticket ID assigned to your request.

  • Before your AAT testing is complete:
    • Your ticket status is OPEN.
    • You can respond to AAT notification emails (Do NOT alter the response address.):
      • Your email response will be entered in your ticket's comments section.
      • SDP engineers will respond via your ticket's comments section.
    • In the SDP Ticket website, you can review, manage, and close the ticket.

  • After all requested AAT testing is complete:
    • Your ticked status is changed to PENDING.
    • You will be notified via email, which contains a link that will download the test results (zip file).

  • While your ticket status is PENDING:
    • You can respond to AAT notification emails (Do NOT alter the response address.):
      • Your email response will be entered in your ticket's comments section.
      • SDP engineers will respond via your ticket's comments section.
    • In the SDP Ticket website:
      • You can review, add comments to, review comment responses, and close the ticket.
      • You can copy the URL (http://…) of the zip file that contains the AAT test results.
      • You can close a ticket, which moves it from the Current Ticket list to the Archived Ticket list.
    • In a browser, you can download the zip file at the URL.  You locally extract its contents and review the AAT test results (for example, by opening the summary.xml file).
  • You can post additional comments and get replies from AAT engineers.

  • After you close an SDP ticket:
    • The status of the ticket changes to CLOSED, and you are sent a notification email.
    • In the SDP Ticket website, you can copy the test results URL, manage the closed ticket and use it to download, extract, and review the test results.
    • Within 96 hours of closing the ticket:
      • You can respond to AAT notification emails (Do NOT alter the response address.):
        • Your ticket will be re-opened.
        • Your email response will be entered in your ticket's comments section.
        • SDP engineers will respond via your ticket's comments section.
    • After 96 hours after closing the ticket:
      • You can respond to AAT notification emails (Do NOT alter the response address.):
        • A new follow-on ticket will be created that refers to the closed ticket.
        • Your email response will be entered in your ticket's comments section.
        • SDP engineers will respond via your ticket's comments section.
