Submitting an App or Product for Certification

  • Ensure your Seller Office registration has been updated with your production version service app and commercial items, which includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Ensure all service app and commercial item prices are correct.
    • Ensure the countries your service app is to be distributed to are specified.
    • Ensure the user devices that your service app is to be distributed to are specified.
      Distribution devices must meet the following requirements:
      • The device must be a Samsung device with the following clients installed:
        Samsung Account Client, Samsung Galaxy Apps Store Client, Samsung Billing Client, and Samsung IAP.
      • The device must be selected for distribution in the Samsung Galaxy Apps Seller Office.
         

NOTE: The pre-certification phase typically takes about 30 minutes. The certification phase typically takes 1–2 days.
 

  1. Log in to your Samsung Seller Office account:
    1. In your browser, navigate to the Samsung Seller Office website.
    2. If necessary, log in to your Seller Office account with your Samsung account email ID and password.

       
  2. Determine whether or not the current service app registration information is sufficient to permit submission:
    If all required service app registration fields have entries, the Submit button will be red.

    If one or more required fields are blank, the Submit button will be gray

    1. To identify the required fields that are blank:
      1. Click Submit
      2. In The application could not be submitted popup:

        1. Review and note the required fields that are blank.
        2. Click Close
           
  3. Ensure all required service app registration fields contain proper entries.
  4. Click Submit
    Note: The compatibility and consistency of each field will be checked. Some entries may be automatically excluded. You may need to change some entries.
  5. If entries are automatically deleted or changed, and/or changes must be made:
    1. The Notice popup is displayed with related information.

    2. Review the displayed information, especially related to changes that must be made.
    3. Click OK
    4. Make all necessary changes.
    5. Click Submit
      If the Notice popup is displayed again, repeat step 5.
       
  6. In the Do you want to submit the application popup:

    1. Click Yes
